CHOOSE A PERSPECTIVE
UnderMirror — the same experience, two moments
Editorial position
I do not expose things. I document the distance between what something seemed to be and what I lived.
UnderMirror does not promise a final truth. It publishes dated, reasoned experiences that remain open to revision.

EXPERIENCE / MIND & PSYCHOLOGY
I started smoking at 13. After 15 years, I learned to let the craving pass.
I reached two packs a day, relapsed after more than a year without cigarettes, and learned not to turn every craving into an action.
‘It is only one cigarette. I can stop whenever I want.’ That is how a small choice can look before it becomes a routine.
For me, ‘just one cigarette’ opened the door to a habit that lasted about 15 years—and later reopened the door to relapse.

Today I Believe
13 / 08 / 2026
Today I believe transparency does not mean never changing your mind. It means showing when and why you did.
A good opinion should be stated definitively.
A credible opinion should be dated and tied to the evidence available at the time.
